Gravure-printed and plain flexible plastic bags, manufactured in Ipoh and made to your size.
Gravure-printed plastic bags lead our range, with digital printing for smaller batches — backed by pre-press, lamination, bag and roll making, and export delivery in our Ipoh plant.
Ask about a productWe manufacture two product lines in Ipoh. Plastic bags are the core range, led by gravure printing for volume rice, cooking-oil, food and other packaging requirements. Digital printing complements gravure for suitable smaller batches, trials and changing artwork from 100 pieces.

The small-batch complement to gravure printing, for suitable packaging runs from 100 pieces.
We review your artwork or help you brief a designer around a bag dieline that suits the format, check print direction and seal areas, and confirm colour targets before anything is proofed. Jobs without artwork can start from a plain-film specification instead.
Gravure printing is our flagship process for volume packaging runs. Digital printing is the complementary route for smaller batches, product trials and multi-version designs from 100 pieces, without the cylinder cost required to start a gravure job.
Printed or plain film is laminated where the product needs barrier or strength, then converted in-house — side seal, centre seal, gusseted, stand-up and zipper formats as finished bags, or slit and supplied as printed film in roll for your own filling lines.
Finished goods are packed for transport and supplied across Malaysia and Singapore. We have exported to Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan and the Middle East since our early years, and prepare shipments accordingly.
Both routes run in-house. Gravure printing is the main production process for established packaging with steady volume. Digital printing complements it for trials, seasonal packs and smaller batches from 100 pieces. The right route depends on run length, artwork, format and material.
Lamination bonds film layers so a pack resists moisture, oil and handling — the difference between a bag that survives a supply chain and one that fails on the pallet. We laminate in-house and recommend a structure based on what is being packed and how it is filled, sealed and stored. Single-layer products skip this stage by design.
Our bag-making lines convert film into three-side seal, four-corner seal, centre seal, gusseted, stand-up and zipper formats, custom-made to your size. Formats and sizes are cut to your specification rather than picked from a fixed catalogue.
If you fill on your own form-fill-seal or sachet machinery, we supply printed or plain laminated film in roll, slit to your web width and wound to suit your machine. One supplier then covers both your finished bags and your roll stock.
