Use digital print where flexibility matters
Digital printing is built for suitable smaller quantities, market tests and artwork that changes often. Once demand and artwork are stable at volume, gravure printing becomes the primary route to assess. Format, material, coverage and finishing still determine whether a job fits digital production.
Prepare production-ready files and version names
Keep text and required information final, identify every design clearly and supply suitable source artwork. We review orientation and visible layout before production. The customer remains responsible for checking spelling, numbers, barcodes and any information their product must carry.
Compare the whole job, not only unit price
A smaller digital run can limit obsolete stock during a launch. A stable volume requirement may be better suited to gravure printing once cylinder cost is considered across the full run. Share expected repeat demand and likely design changes so both routes can be assessed against the job.
