Formats for established packing requirements

We manufacture flat, centre-seal, side-seal, gusseted, stand-up and resealable formats. The selected format is matched to the contents, filled shape, sealing method, handling and shelf presentation.

Control the details that define the finished bag

Width, length, seals, gussets, opening direction and print orientation form the working specification. We review these details against the product, filling method, storage and handling conditions before production.

Gravure printing leads our volume production

Gravure printing is the flagship route for established volume orders. Final artwork, colour references, print orientation and proof approval control the printed result. For suitable smaller batches or changing designs, digital printing is available from 100 pieces.

Which plastic bag format should I choose?

The contents, filled shape, packing method, sealing, display and handling determine the format. We manufacture flat, centre-seal, side-seal, gusseted, stand-up and resealable options and can review a current sample or marked sketch.

What plastic bag measurements do you need?

Provide the flat width and length, plus any gusset, seal, closure or opening details. For a new pack, include the target fill weight or volume and the dimensions after filling.

Can the plastic bags be printed?

Yes. Gravure printing is our main route for volume runs, while digital printing complements it for suitable smaller batches from 100 pieces. Printed orders require final artwork, clear version names, print orientation and proof approval.

Can you copy my current plastic bag exactly?

A current bag gives us a strong production reference when it is supported by confirmed dimensions, construction, intended use and print details. Those details form the specification for review.

What affects the quotation and timing?

Format, dimensions, material direction, quantity, print coverage, artwork readiness, finishing and the current production schedule all affect the quotation and timing. Send a realistic quantity and required date with the brief.
